Ok I got this game yesterday and am havign trouble figuring it out. How do I load a game? All it does is give me the same money, items, and health but I still need to restart. Also how do I recruit people, or is that further into the game?

it doesn't save progress, only stats, so you have to play through it each time you load.... as far as recruiting people, i have yet to figure that out as well.
and damn, the save menu is ridiculous

Recruiting people? Isn't that Double Dragon III, not RCR?

There's no two player mode sadly (yeah I know, WHY?!) but instead you get to recruit a limited number of people through the game to be in your "posse" to help out instead with AI setup. You can even get beaten bosses to help out if your reputation is good enough.

I read that your reputation goes up if you avoid cheap moves, like hitting enemies while theyre on the ground...

For reputation don't overuse some of the cheap techniques like the Aero Circus over and over again. I think hitting the guys on the guard will reduce the reputation but I'm not a 100% sure how it works. I assume in the same vain if you get hit while knock know your reputation will go up a little. I think the biggest things that kills your reputation is beating bosses over and over again and hitting bosses while they talk. If you want money just get a lottery ticket abuse the lottery system. That's what I did and beat the game ina bout 2 hours my first time through.
