Ok I am going to try this game out on MAME when I get home. Has anyone here ever played it? I am thinking about buying the stand-up but haven't even played the game. The hella cool cab has me sold already,but not if the game sucks. So is it any good?

Make sure it IS the hellacool cab. There are other versions that are far less cool and far more avg looking.

Two words for ya Marty : "Star Strike." As I recall the game (played it way back when), you flew down a trench and shot at enemies - just like the Intellivision/Atari 2600 Star Strike game. If you like those, you'll like the cab. Anyone back me up on this?

Marty, you've actually been within shouting distance of the hella cool cabinet before - remember, there was one at CGE last year, but it wasn't in working order apparently, I never saw it powered up. Coulda just cried, because I remember that one. Scout around this year, see if they have it again and hopefully turned on this time!
