Stack-Up Complete(?) in box

So I was checking this auction (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=8123783862) out, but I had a question.

Isn't this game supposed to come with a set of hands for R.O.B.? I see where they would be in the blister pack, but I don't see them in the actual photo.

I sent the seller a question about it two days ago, but have yet to receive a response. Is this guy just leaving out parts & calling it complete, or am I thinking a part goes with it that isn't really there?

You didn't type in the link properly. The item number only has 4 digits the way you have it, and therefore is a dead link.
