thank superstonic for asking me about these.
these are the only pictures of powergrabber that i feel like posting.
these are representative of every 'screen' in the game.

you do miss out on the great music, and the point of the game.

it is a two player only game, very simple, but i find it fun.

this game cost me a ton, and no- i am not dumping the ROM at this time, nor do i have plans to do so in the future.

with that said,

enjoy the four shots- you guys are the first ones to see these!

Is it corrupted at all? The last screenshot has hints of some sweet looking machinery but that funky pattern is obscuring it...but that's part of the game, right?

Thanks for the screens, wberdan!

no corruption at all- it plays perfectly

the "game" is to uncover a certain percentage of the screen before your time runs out.

your opponent can go over your tracks and replace them with their tracks.

if the time runs out, then whoever uncovered the most wins.

the other way to win is to uncover the picture of your unique "power source" completely (part of the picture shows up as you run over the screen).

this game was made by sydney for childrens play areas at a canadian nuclear power plant. something to keep the kids busy while the parents toured the plant apparently.

So it's kinda Qix-esque? Sorta? Maybe?

except you cant die, and the game only lasts like 30 seconds until you play again.
perfect for someone that has a REALLY short attention span (like me!) and a friend (not like me!)
haha

it could definetely be entertaining over a few beers and a few broken controllers

So how do you select between the French menu and the English? Is that an option when the game boots up?

actually those are just title screens, the game goes autmatically into a demo after that, and then i think you just press a button to start.

yeah, its a freak thing really.. i mean when you think that sydney made this for a nuclear power plant kids waiting/play room... how many other games have a background like that? i wish i knew more information about it, but unfortunetely i do not and neither did the original owner.

the music is pretty good in it
