Will European Neo Geo games (AES) play normally on a US Neo Geo? If so what's the difference between US and Euro Neo Geo games?

yes. all neo geo aes games will play on all aes systems.

The system will play games in English if it's a English console and if it's a japanese Console the game Defaults in the japanese language of course theres the option of changing the language in the options.
If you dont want it to keep doing that you can get a Debug bios put on it to make it default to the English setting all the time.

I made sure I got a US Neo Geo so I shouldn't have a language problem. Is there a packaging difference with the Euro Neo Geo games? There must be something different about them to distinguish them from US carts. Wouldn't they be in PAL format or something?
