MAME question

This was probably already posted, but anyways...

Where can i find MAME roms? I know a few sites but a)the links are dead;b)they start a endless loop without ever starting the download.

There are loads of rom packs on P2P programs but i don't like that...

Any particular reason for your hatred of P2P? BitTorrent is surprisingly safe, clean, and efficient.

On those rare occasions when I seek a particular rom, romshare.net usually works for me, but it's a rather slow and cumbersome site.

go to mame.dk and search for the rom
make a note of its file name
head to http://www.filemirrors.com and plug in the file name its the search box

its sorta hit or miss though :-/

@Jorpho: when i was talking about P2P i was refering to programs like emule, kazaa... i agree that Bittorrent is great but i also don't know from where to download with BT. Can you help me?

I thought mame.dk went down in its entirety a long time ago. Caesar (http://caesar.logiqx.com) provides a similar function, though.

Mame.dk is out of business...as for http://www.filemirrors.com i had already tried it and almost never found any file and the ones ive found were corrupted.
