Zanac X Zanac

I 've heard just about every shmup here discussed except Zanac X Zanac....didn't you guys like it? I think it is an outstanding overheard shooter and a fitting updated sequel to the NES game. It is a prized favorite in my shooter collection. Any opinions?

I've got to admit I've got it, but never played it. (maybe the fact that it's a pir8 copy has something to do with it). I'll try it out now though! :)

I have heard that it is indeed the bomb (and not just from you, Robotron). Alas, I have yet to secure a copy. By the way, in view of the fact that I plan to get Zanac X Zanac for PSX, would there be any point (completist fetishism aside) in my getting the original Zanac NES cart?

Of course the original cart would be great to have...but there is a complete classic Zanac version also included on this disc...JOY! :D
