Help me name this game.. Its driving me crazy

I have a screenshot and I can't ID the game for the life of me..

Just spent the last 2 hours digging around gamefaqs and google for any clue.. I'm GUESSING its a C64 game.. but it could just as easily be a Master System or a sloppy NES game I guess..

Who can give me a name? or a link to any info about it?

256 by 224, and with those colors, it's an NES/FC game. Doesn't look like Monster Party.

The room looks too big to be Monsters in my Pocket...mmpf

If CMOS was here, he'd tell you. It's a Color Dreams game about an exterminator. He kills the mice with his mallet.

My god. I was thinking that was the game and I've never seen it. I've only heard CMOSfm mention the title once and post a picture of the cartridge.
