Are all copies of Mortal Kombat DA greatest hits on the PS2 marked "promotional Copy Not For Resale on the box and disc. I find this strange, I couldn't tell in the store because in Quebec we have another sleeve over it with french text and a regular cover. Thanks

No need to take a pic, I've got this one handled! What you are seeing is the promotional version shipped to stores as a preorder bonus for the recent Midway title Psi-Ops. These were also given out during the first week at stores like Circuit City when you purchased Psi-Ops. It's not really rare, as they made enough of them to satisfy preorders, but it's a package variation, which some people are into for completeness.

Also, here's a tip: CC had them marked at a penny (so they worked out as basically free when you rung them up with Psi-Ops), so if you have a CC near you, ask if they still have any left! I got it for a penny, which was cool until I found out it was a crappy game (2D fighters all the way for me).
