So you own a DP Collector's Guide.

Do you own all of the supplements too? HINT: They're free if you know where to look for them.

Mine just came in the mail yesterday. It's definatley worth forking the money over. I'm very impressed with it. :-)

i want the blue one...

whens that coming out? should i hold out for it or go ahead and buy videogame bible? i guess i like to have matching book spines on my shelf so its nice the guides have the same look but i'm hoping its not you know "vaporware". so theres another book that needs to be written - a guide to handhelds, tabletops and collectible gaming what-nots.

I bought a video game bible, love it, and would recommend buying it if you have the spare scratch... I would also buy any suppliment digital press puts out. Not to diss VGB(a VERY good publication), but the detail and amount of information that is contained in the DP guide is freaking mind boggling. Not to mention that the quality is top notch! I wish I had been here since the first edition... Oh well, at least I'm on board now!

To those of you asking if this is real or if it's coming out - read my first post - they're free if you know where to look. Then Sniderman explained how to get them.

If you're asking if these will be PUBLISHED, then I don't have an answer yet. The sections within the supplements are works in progress, with over 20 individuals contributing information and doing pricing/scarcity research. Should the individual parts sum up to something as high quality as the "red" Guide, then YES, we'll publish it. As it stands though, it needs a lot of work, specifically in the details - the lists and pricing for the most part are complete and accurate.

OH yeah - I meant to tell you that I turned up another #48. It was returned, ironically, from the previous address of Van Burnham who never gave me her new addy in LA. I'll hold it for ya.

By the way, my 5 copies of Supercade finally arrived!!! Steve Kent told me that his package arrived also. Van ordered them through Amazon and had them shipped to us. The packing list has Van's address but it's the Washington address.

Joe, what kind of "details" are you looking for on the DP guide? if you mean descriptions of the games, I might be able to help you out with that...
