Arcade cab ID?

Bah... there is a Japanese only arcade game where the cab is basically a dude bent over and the controller is a hand you 'spank' the behind with (though curiously the hand is a pointed finger)... I can't for the life of me remember the title and someone here at work wants to see a pic... can someone help me out? :help:

I think originally the game had you sticking the finger up the ass. But it appears that later incarnations of the game changed it to just spanking... but having never played nor seen the game I wouldn't know for sure however.

I wonder if you can use something else besides the provided finger :D
