Hi guys,
Recently a friend of mine sold me a Panasonic Q with a few games; Everything is great, I like it a lot and so on. But the question is: can the Q support the regular gameboy player that fits in the regular gamecube or does it need a special version of gamboy player for the Q? It would be great to play some Advance Wars, Castlevania's and some FFTA on a bigger screen. Any help on this matter is really apreciated.

Yeah, a special one was made. Not sure if it was by Nintendo, but it is there. It's also available on Lik-Sang.

I was told, that if you wanted to, you could chop the legs off of your Panasonic Q and a standard player will fit just fine! Ahhh, no thank you!!!
I tried ordering one from Buy Rite Games back in December/January/February... No luck. I ordered one online. Nothing. Ordered again over the phone (told me they were definately in stock). Nothing. Tried a third time. Nothing.
I've seen them go on ebay for over $200 (crazy). I decided that I can wait it out and get an inexpensive standard GameCube and a standard GB Player later on. Hey, it's cheaper!!!
Besides, I hate how the GB "Q" Player looks with the Panasonic Q anyway.

I verified at Lik-Sang but it is out of stock for the moment, Buy-Rite and Toysnjoy have it for $99.99. Ebay price is insane....I guess I will do like AtomicThumbs, get a regular 'Cube and get the player for it.
I will get the Qgameboy player later.

Neither Lik-Sang or Buy-Rite have them. Panasonic cancelled the last run of them so they are pretty hard to find. There is one on eBay right now and when it had 7 days left it was already at $100.
