Its a PC FX GA, its brand new, the box has a few dents, and a small circular sticker on one of the corners.
how much is this worth?

Ask the people at PCEngineFX. They could probably give you a better estimate.

Depends -- is it the one that runs on PC98, or i386? The i386 (that can be used by todays PCs) is worth about $150+... the otehr is probbably worth $50 at best.
