Strumming my pain with his finger....
Singing my life with his words....

I'm still waiting for the Get On Da Mic songlist.

Man I hate these Karaoke Revolution expansion discs. The first one was stellar, but V2 and V3 are filled with poop except for like 3 or 4 MUST play songs.

Crap, I'm sure i'll be getting this one too...

Under Pressure, Don't You (Forget About Me), and Love Shack are first class and must own.

New York New York, Hold On, ABC, and Twist and Shout should be fun.

The rest sucks for Karaoke. Meant to Live? The Reason? My Immortal? Ugh... who picks this stuff?

Take On Me by A-Ha had better be on the next one, or someone from Konami is going to get a wrench to the head.

It's included in V3 so you can play it in the new duet mode.

Anyone have a link to the songlist for the XBox version ... ?

Edit: Please don't flame me because I spelled Xbox with a capital "B"! ;)

Taiko Drum Master = Teh Shit.

That is all you need to know. Go out and buy with reckless abandon upon it's release.

It's the precursor to Donkey Konga, only without the clapping and it's lots harder.

I'm going to bump this because I just learned about Taiko. I'm actually tempted to get it for a few reasons, one for the cool controller factor and two because it has a Katamari Damacy song on it. When's it coming out?

Seems Namco is everywhere lately.

Here's the final list of songs for the Xbox version of Karaoke Revolution. Most of 'em are culled from the first PS2 release, with a couple from V2, and ten Motown exclusives "from the original artists' recordings." (If only I wasn't a white boy with a complete lack of soul.) No word on whether the Xbox version has a duet mode like the PS2's Volume 3, or any exclusive backgrounds or characters.

You'll be able to download additional songs via Xbox Live. I vaguely recall that Konami charges $5 for five Ultramix songs, so I'd assume a similar payment structure for KR.

I've got Taiko and an additional controller reserved right now, but I'm kind of iffy. Donkey Konga left me thoroughly unimpressed. The concept was fun, but the music selection was very sub-par.

While Taiko's selection IS better, it still doesn't compare to other rhythm and groove games (DDR anyone?). I still haven't made up my mind. I'll probably end up getting it anyway due to the uniquness factor. I generally like the off-beat games (no pun intended)

Decent selection. Sounds like the XBox version will be better, and I like the idea of downloading new content.

Gah! Too many things to buy right before I'm quitting my job! I hope I get a ton of b-day cash. :D

Not realizing it previously, but the Taiko game is featuring a song out of Katamari Damacy.

That makes up for any of the silly licensed tunes. (Well, maybe except for Lady Marmalade.)
