Announced today for a first-half-of-'05 release. (The PS2 and Xbox versions ship October 4.)

I don't expect to see a flood of third-party publishers suddenly embracing (or returning to) the GameCube, and the triple-A Deception isn't exactly a risky release, but this is a pleasant development nonetheless.

I doubt the GC version will have any online play like the Xbox and PS2 versions. How many games make use of the GC network adaptor? :hmm:

yea, it will sell good, so they arent really risking anything like you said...but yea, its nice to see a lil 3rd party support for the 'cube

Now when did I start disliking Mortal Kombat..? I guess it was the fashionable thing to do. Anyhow, cheers to Midway for porting it to our not-quite-so-beloved-as-underdeveloped little box (especially those boxes which were built by Panasonic) LOL

To this day, I imagine the #1 use for the GCN broadband adapter is half-assed piracy. Nintendo rarely pulls their head out of their own ass to see what's happening.

Well I wasn't expecting that! Given it's gonna be 4-6 months or so after the other 2 releases, possibly future rarity?

Thats cool for the cube..but xbox is getting all the limited edition cases :D

I love my cube, and will continue to play it and buy every freakin game for it!... But the price of both the PS2 and the XBOX has just dropped to £99 in the UK, so i'm gunna have to pick up an xbox to join my GC and PS2...

My Brother has had all 3 consoles for the last few years and seems to think the Xbox is best of the 3, bearing in mind the Xbox does get most new titles first..

AND many of the Xbox titles that get ported over to the GC and the Ps2, don't always seem to be as polished and complete as the Xbox versions!

I have also now started collecting for my US GC, since my US snes collection is nearing it's end! (Cart wise at least)
