I liked the Street Fighter G.I.Joe guys they came out with a while back. The figures for the movie were pretty cool as well (still "G.I.Joe" guys, but it didn't put the G.I.Joe logo on the box).
EDIT - oh wait, there's a G.I.Joe Guile in the back there. So yes, I can give you info:
Around 1991-1993 (can't remember exactly when), Hasbro came out with some G.I.Joe Street Fighter figures. If I remember correctly, you had Blanka, Chun Li, Guile, Ryu, and I think M. Bison and a few others. Maybe they were all available; I can't remember. They also had a few vehicles - they repainted the Dreadnok Thunder Machine and made it into some Street Fighter vehicle and stuff like that. The boxes had the G.I.Joe logo as well as the Street Fighter logo on them. I know because I have a sealed Blanka figure still in the box somewhere in the basement.
Later on they also released other versions of the same figures that were just for Street Fighter: The Movie. Guile's head was changed so that it looked more like Jean Claude Van Damme's, but I believe all the other figures were the same - just with new paint.
EDIT2 - it was 1993. You can see pictures of all figures at http://www.yojoe.com/action/93/

Someone (must have been from here) sent me something in a bubble mailer awhile back. Anyway I took out the game and left the mailer sitting on the counter for weeks. My mom goes to throw it away and pull outs two little street fighter toys. Hiding in my envelope was a Cammy and well... somebody else.
They're really cute figures. It would be neat to have a whole little army like you've found there.

First time I ever saw someone else with them

You don't even need to register to upload...and they give you all sorts of linking info once you hit "host it". Only limit is 1024 KB, which is plenty for most Jpegs.

Sorry about the bluriness of the figures on the right side.
These were picked up in Japan by a friend of mine. I'm not sure if they ever found their way over here...

Hey now.
I in no way meant to demean the cuteness of your figures.
They are most excellent, indeed.

The figures are based ont he original 12 World Warriors. Which means you're missing Balrog (Boxer), Dhalsim, and Guile.

Then why do I have a Cammy? Or did they release a second set?
