look at this joker.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=62054&item=8127901980&rd=1

lists a nes tested and working, but less than 9 hours later he pulls it. then relists it.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8127993019

now his story has changed. before it was tested and working, now he doesnt know if it works? my bet is it doesnt @_@

granted he ended it early saying item was lost or broken, but cant he come out and say it doesnt work?

Too bad.....if ebay was only smart enough to have a link in all relisted items to the previous listing. They save the listing for 60 or 90 days or something like that anyway...don't they? So how hard would it be for them to make it so there was a link to the previous listing.

Even if the previous listing ended on honest pretexts....this would change nothing about a new listing. Of course this would mean that more people would sell less stuff because they would get caught in their attempt at deception(like this one) and people would not buy; and ebay would not get their precious cut of the pie.

Oh well?!?!?!?!?
