Is (NES) road warrior really just spy hunter ( like PAL "mario and yoshi" is really just USA "yoshi cookie" with a different label )

And is (NES) "circus troupe" AKA "circus charlie" really just a cart released in this country under another name (maybe "circus capers" ), or is it a unique game? THANKS !!!

Both are totally different games.

Circus Charlies was never released for the NES (Famicom only).
