So, what's going on with these?
Were they released at CGE as planned?
When can those of us (myself included) who pre-ordered the book expect them to come in the mail?
Can I be assured to get mine by next Sat? Otherwise I have to wait for it to be forwarded to my new addy and that will tack on 2-3 weeks. :(

I was actually going to make a post about this.
Have they been sent out yet, or is sept. 1st still the mail date?
I'm hoping they're being mailed from jersey this time instead of vegas?

When can those of us (myself included) who pre-ordered the book expect them to come in the mail?
The books arrived at the warehouse on Wednesday. My shipping guy got the various lists organized and will be shipping books in the order they were pre-ordered beginning Wednesday. He's very organized, very reliable - he's been shipping our books for over two years now. Still, with the sheer volume he's got, it could take a week or two to get them all out. He understands perfectly well how anxious most people are to get them!
Can I be assured to get mine by next Sat? Otherwise I have to wait for it to be forwarded to my new addy and that will tack on 2-3 weeks. :(
I can't guarantee that, but if you e-mail me your new address I can have it changed before he begins on Wednesday.
