Were the 2005 versions of MADDEN/FIFA for PS1 cancelled?

I have not posted here in two weeks, so apologies if it has. I noticed the PS2/XBOX versions of MADDEN 2005 are out as well as the GBA one...


I HAVE NOT SEEN MADDEN 2005 FOR PS1! AND GAMESTOP/EB BOTH LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS CRAZY.

I saw several pre-orders from places like EB online, along with images of the game covers. Havent' seen them at all, though.

Madden 2005 is 9 - 8
Fifa is sometime in October.

Yes, I think we can be PROMISED that these are the last US released PlayStation games PERIOD. ;)

Depressing that the system will fade into the sunset on a sports game.

But then, the SNES, Genesis, and NES did'nt end on the best games either. LOL

The Saturn had some great late releases (SF3, Burning Rangers, HoD, etc.).

NES ended on Wario's Woods...a puzzle game. I know of the last few games, there were some good ones...

Mega Man 6, Zoda's Revenge...though I think Altered Chicken was one of the last also as well as Jungle Book?

Licenced NES games, yes, you're right. I was talking about the last game PERIOD -- some kind of religious game in 1995.
