Ever been playing a game and a character's hairstyle grabs your attention? It's either the shape, color, style, or length that you easily notice.
Edge from Project Justice has one of my favorite hairstyles I've seen on a game. It's about a foot and half straight up. There's no telling how much mousse he put in his hair, but Edge has one of the best hairstyles I've seen in a while.

Cloud from Final Fantasy 7 had quite a funky hairstyle. Not as extreme as the examples above though.

FF9: Princess Garnet's hair is rather sexy. I *love* long hair. And then there's that general who brushes her hair everytime she's in front of the camera (sorry forget her name). It reminds me of the Charlie's Angels hairflip. ;-)
Chrono Trigger: The one blond looks cute with her ponytail swishing back and forth... back and forth... back and forth. Keep your eyes on her hair as it goes back and forth... back and forth... back and forth. You are getting sleeeeeepy. zzzzzz
