Picked up my Neo Geo 4 Slot MVS cab today..

Well, today was a great day for me and my game room :D. I picked up my first Cab, I drove for about 2 hours from where I live in London to pick this beauty up. I will defintley post some pics tomorrow.

Its a 4 slot MVS Cab, It came with:

Puzzle Bobble
Art of Fighting
Fatal Fury 2
Burning Fight

Im wondering if anyone has any recommendations for other games to get? I plan on getting a couple of Metal Slug games (the original and one other, which other should i get?). Id like to get a KOF game to, which is the best? And lastly any other games i should get? Id love to get a decent "schmup".

A lot of people seem to like it, but I just... don't. I like most Neo games, but this one just looks and feels like a bad Genesis game to me.
That said (just my opinion 8-) ), there are a ton of great shooters on the system. My personal favorite is Viewpoint, bust Blazing Star, Pulstar, Prehistoric Isle 2 and Last Resort are also excellent.

Also, congrats on the cab! Personally, the Neo is my favorite gaming platform... I'm sure you will love it.

i paid $350 for my near mint 4 slot with 4 games
most people would consider this a pretty low price.
honestly, i would say that a fair price would be anywhere from $300 - $600

I haven't played too many Neo shooters, but Aero Fighters II is a pretty solid example.
And it's not shooty, but no MVS setup is complete without Windjammers (IMHO).

Adam where the hell is KOF 98' and 99' :D ...... Art of fighting 2, is truly sweeet! and if nobody has mentioned Garou Mark of the wolves or the last blade 1 and 2! then those games are also worth checking out!! ;)

Defenitely. It's pretty fun and it's quite cheap from what I've seen.

And for some hack an slash action: Sengoku 3. Its all about racking up those combos!
