The K Mart in Levittown is closing down. There left over video Game stuff is 25% off (slim picking left), But the one nice thing I saw was the 3 system display for sale for $440. It comes with all 3 monitors, and all 3 systems. not a bad price seeing the systems would cost you $400 alone. Not something I would buy but thought it might intrest someone on the boards.

Since your not selling anything personally, I'm going to ship this over to the main forum.

Damn, if I wasn't spending all my free cash on a big 3DO bundle, I would have had to go over and see what game goodies were left.
For good deals in that immediate area, head just a little further east on Hempstead Turnpike - on the left side there's a Toys R Us - every once in awhile (usually just as a new generation of systems are coming out) they have huge clearance sales on older stuff - I picked up a bunch of Saturn & Genesis games and peripherals that way.
What I really miss is the Funcoland in Levittown - I still remember the year I raided them for one of every NES cart under $2 they had in the shop. I think I walked out with about 80 or so carts that day for around a hundred bucks. I always planned on going back and doing it again with more expensive NES carts along with the Genesis and SNES, but unfortunately, I never got back before they went under.

Is there a Gamestop there? I never noticed. *makes a note to get his glasses checked*
Still a bummer as Gamestop charges quite a bit more for old games than Funcoland did. That's the main thing I miss - sure you'd never want to buy anything new at Funcoland because it was overpriced, but they sure did seem eager to dump old inventory! :)

I was so going to ask the construction guys for the old funcoland sign (really just colored letters) before they leveled the building. But it was yet another thing I really didn't need but would of been fun to have.

Well went by today to see what was left and the display is gone.
Did someone from here get it?
The game section was now 30% off on everything not much left though. They did have a new copy of Turok 2 for the N64 and a used Donkey Kong Country for the SNES, both were so old that the employee said that there sku's were no longer in the system, I said thats what they told me last week, he calls manager she says I can have them for 1.99 each. So then I got 30% off on that came out to $1.39 each. One new one used not to bad.
