Yeah, he reeked of a scammer. Maxlords and I wouldn't do business with him. He was condescending in his emails along with no regard for any sort of grammatical rule. LOL

Doing some more search on his name, I found him to be pretty involved with bootlegs in industrial music and references to PopD (an old timey PSX bootleg dealer).

Sorry to hear you're out the 10 bucks. Guys who don't have paypal accounts and have loads of 1st class Import Saturn Shmups seem a little to shaky too deal with for my tastes.
