When I got my Super Gameboy at funco. a while back, i noticed that 3 of my games didnt work. they all had clear casing to them. All of my other GB and GBC games worked fine. What is the deal?

Because the Clear casing ones were the "Game Boy Color" only games. Since the Super GB came out right around the time the GBP was, color hadn't been invented yet. When GBC came out, they still made the multi system carts (black casing) as not to shun all the GBP owners.

Grey Case: GB/GBP/GBC/GBA
Black Case: GB/GBP/GBC/GBA
Clear Grey Case: GBC/GBA

Pokemon Crystal and I believe Kirby's Tilt N Tumble is also a GBC only game.

So Super Gameboy (For SNES) can't play the Gameboy Color games?

What's GBP?

The Game Boy Color ONLY (clear case ones) won't work.

What's GBP?

Game Boy Pocket.

Thanks for the info. were clear cased games cheaper to manufacture? or more, because they were Pure GBC games?

Correct. Just think of the Super Game Boy as a Game Boy or Game Boy Pocket.
