I had been using a USB flashdrive for a class that I took at Ohio University (local university... I was the only non-college student taking it) and then I later used it to store some text files of summer school papers. Last night I realized that I didn't need to do that any more, so I cleared everything off of it. My question is: Is there some way to transfer something... maybe save files... from my PC to my PS2?

Oh, and I have no way of testing anything right now as my PS2 controller decided to partially die yesterday.

THe Datel Max Drive is a USB Hard Drive IIRC, but I don't know if it needs to have a boot disc in the system or not. Check out the details at codejunkies.com

Yeah, there are a couple Max Drive packages that come with a USB flash drive in various sizes, and a software CD. I'm not sure if they'll work with any flash drive you throw at it though.

I have the 16 mb max drive you're really paying 30 bucks for the interface disk as you can use pretty much any usb drive. the only thing special about the "max drive" is that it can be compressed...but who cares when you have 256 mb of storage.

I've been meaning to check with code junkies whether or not you can buy the disk seperately...simply because my disk is pretty scratched up.

otherwise it's a great thing...like dex drive great
