the seller could pull it off , if it did not said SEALED. but that would ruin the point of this conversation !!!

This is an odd chance, but sometimes sellers have a whole box of the sealed games and just open one for the add to show off the guts. I say this as I bought from a guy that did just that with ATARI 2600 games. He had like 150 of them from what he said. And low and behold when the package got here it was still as sealed game and I can tell the difference between brand new shrink and shrink that is 30 years old. So the guy MIGHT and thats a heavy MIGHT be legit...but I doubt it. :D

Yeah, that's what I say! If it's factory sealed, and that's how you intend to advertise it, then just leave it sealed, dammit! There's no need to open it up for pictures of what's inside, because as soon as you open it, then it's not factory sealed anymore! It's so stupid! The only reason I can see for doing this is to prove that you aren't selling a paperweight in a resealed game box, but even then your efforts have still been defeated, because it's not sealed anymore! So just leave the damn thing alone, take pics of the box, and be done with it, like the majority of sellers offering true factory sealed items!
