Okay I have a deal pending for Super Mario RPG and Earthbound Guides
for Castlevania:HOD and 10 dollars. Sound fair? I want the guides and have beaten castlevania but can't decide if I want to give it up. Let me knwo what you think

I would also agree that it's a great trade. Those guides are hard to find, but HoD is still pretty easy to find. I don't even like strategy guides and I think it's a good trade :)

Go ahead and do it. If you REALLY want your CV guide back I'll get it for you if you spot me the money, gamezone has had one sitting there for almost a year.

It sounds pretty good, but I just wanted to note that HOD is currently the most expensive of the 3 GBA castlevanias. So just make sure you won't mind paying around $30 to replace it if you decide you want it back.

I decided to go ahead and go for it. I traded some things I got for free for the castlevania game, already beat it completely in all modes, good game, but I doubt I want to pick it up again to play. Plus earthbound stuff seems to be picking up steam. Now to get the game:)

Seems like a pretty good deal, since those two guides are pretty hard to find. Although it'll be interesting to see if HOD becomes more valuable as time goes on - although, as you pointed out, Earthbound is a hot item right now and will probably increase in value as well (including the guide). I keep hoping that Aria of Sorrow takes off in value sometime in the future, seeing as I have a sealed one sitting here that I got at Circuit City for $5.
hellvin, what's the deal with that CV guide you speak of? Is it an HOD guide? Hell, I might be interested depending on price and availability.
