The only release is a japanese one hence it would be impossible for it to be a us ntsc one considering that it doesn't exist.
Maybe they got confused on the upcoming Doa remake of the saturn version.
Its coming out with the redon DOA 2 thats comiung out for the Xbox. Thats my guess aneways
