That's just what happens when newbs get in a bidding war with each other. Personally, I really think that if I was a seller with an item like this for sale, and I saw that happening on one of my auctions, I'd just save myself the trouble and cancel all the bids from all the newbs with less than 10 feedback.

Or better yet, I'd spell that out in bold print in the listing itself. No bids from newbs with less than 10 feedback, no exceptions. Sorry, get over it. I'm not gonna have a couple of newbs ruining this for everyone else while they have a pissing contest and bid it up far beyond what either one of them is even capable of paying, because I don't feel like having to file NPB's and relist it.

This really sucks for honest people just getting started on ebay, but it sucks even more for the sellers. They're the ones stuck with all the extra work and expense as a result of this crap, so it only hurts them to have this happen to their auctions. If they wanna risk it and pray that they actually collect their overkill fees from newb wars like this, then that's up to them, but I simply wouldn't put up with it at all. I just don't have the patience for any bullshit.
