Hey guys, I'm currently working on at a website called N-Philes, short for Nintendo Philes (www.n-philes.com), a Nintendo oriented website. Well anyway, we have decided to possibly part take in a weekly feature that would include Nintendo related game collecting, which would include tips, history, and more.
So what do I need from you guys? Well I'm here to ask the pro's what you guys would like to see in something like this. Topics, specials and what have you. If you have a great idea that you'd like to see, let me know and I'll definetly consider putting it in the feature.
We are also hoping to add pictures and a little interview with Nintendo collectors and their collections, so if you have something you think should be seen then take the pictures and show us! Regradless if its big or not, we are looking for unique collections as well.
So help me out guys, and I look forward to seeing some insight. Thanks in advance! :)

You should do about 2 or 3 features every week that include interviews, and short descriptions of a game collectors collections. I would surely love to be part of it, and it would give us collectors with a "not so gigantic" collection to get the spotlight for a little bit :)

Well thank you. I think we are aiming at something of a 2 times per week deal, if you want you can send me some links to your collections if you'd like.
As well I'd really like some input on what you guys want to see as the "main topic" on the issues, I will cover one topic per issue which will be the main focus and have other tidbits included such as collections, interviews and what have you.

Maybe you could do contests and things. Also maybe a video collection (if possible) of old commercials (i can help out with these) and time attacks. Maybe reviews and an ebay auction thing like "here are some good deals on NES stuff" or maybe just a listing of good places to get NES stuff at a decent price.
Yay, post number 200

Yeah those are all great ideas, thanks guys, keep them coming. As for the videos that sounds interesting I would have to talk to some people first.

well depending on how long you plan on doing this, maybe each week focus on a certain game system (like havingo lny articles nad reviews on the games for that system) or each week focus on a different game genre (or mix and match between the two)
Maybe each week have a "Topic Question" where you ask a simple one liner question and have people send in their answers and comments and post the best ones.
Ill have pics of my collection in the near future, ill let u know :)

I like this idea. Sounds good to me, considerng I don't have a 'not so gigantic' collection either.

Have articles on the different companies that put out Nintendo games and the games they did, try to add some screenshots, cart scans, etc too.

Make sure to give the N64 credit every now and then.
That's all I can think of for now. Good luck!

some international stuff, like(nintendo) jpn released to make us aware of what we're missing on this side of the globe.
You should do a Letter section, I always like reading that kind of stuff.
