Help a youngster hook up a Colecovision, please :)

OK my colecovision has gone too long without being played. I used to play it when I was younger, but now that I want to hook it up again im not exactly sure how I do this.

I have the console, the HUGE outlet plug, a very long cable with 2 of the same ends that seem to fit into the audio video outlets in the back of the tv, and a box that has no wire and says "Connect to TV VHF" and "Connect to Antenna".

Now the reason I might be having trouble is because my tv's do not have any visable antenna's (they are not ancient TV's) can anyone tell me how I hook this up or provide me with a guide? thanks alot!

The very long cable with two of the same ends is an RCA cable: one end goes in the back of the Coleco, the other end goes into the TV via the switchbox. I'd recommend tossing the switchbox, and in its place, using an F-type connector ($2 at Radio Shack) to connect the RCA cable directly into the coaxial input on the back of your TV.
