Japanese games you wish would get made and/or translated

Of course we all have a list a mile long, but let's try to keep this topic limited to games that you think might actually have a chance of becoming a reality.

I'll start out with a hypothetical compilation disk that I think needs to happen:

Front Mission: The Complete Collector's Edition

This limited edition deluxe boxed set would include the entire Front Mission saga so far. Extras would include an art book and possibly a bonus music disk.

Front Mission
Front Mission: Gun Hazard
Front Mission: Alternative
Front Mission 2
Front Mission 3
Front Mission 4

Ideally the game would be a launch title for PS3, and would also include the next chapter in the story, the epic grand finale that completes the series:

Front Mission: Final Mission

Mech-minded Square fans the world over rejoice as every game in the series is finally translated into English, and I spend the next 5 years completing all the missions by progressing my personal mech through the campaign mode! This PS3 enhanced remix mode allows you to construct your own custom mech and evolve it through all 7 games, in order to unlock a hidden anime!

Yeah I know I'm dreaming now, but theoretically something similar to this could happen someday, or at least I like to think it could. Anyone agree?

I was playing the fan-translated Gun Hazard. It is pretty good. If you like Cybernator, I recommend getting the patch and trying it out.

I wish ROM Translation groups translated the following:

Oh for real! Policenauts! Why on earth have they been denying us that one for so long? That has to be one of the most wanted import games of all time!

1.Sakura Taisen/Wars-This series has been on over 3 home systems and atleast 2 handhelds. It has seen well over 4 different re-releases for the first game, around the same for the second game, and around 3 for the last 2. As well as a pack deal with all 4. It has been extremely popular in Japan sense its release on the saturn and to date the only thing relating to it that we have got in the states is the anime. There was even 2 online games released for it as well as atleast 5 puzzle games!

2.Sister Princess. Ok, go ahead and laugh. I want this game. Two PS1 games, 1 DC game, and 1 GBA game. Anime is getting released sometime this year.

3.Star Ocean 1. We loved 2, we are enjoying the overly late 3, now its time we get a cheap release of 1.

4.Dragon Quest/Warrior 5, 6, and 8. The re-releases Japan has been getting would be nice, but getting what we never got would be better.

5.N.U.D.E. How many remember this game?

6.Policenauts. How long must we be teased with this game? How many systems must we endure the empty promises over?

OK, I just now remembered another one that's been bugging me for years:

Langrisser: The Complete Collector's Edition

Langrisser 1-5 and all the other Langrissers in a deluxe boxed set, along with a set of bonus music disks and an art book. The price would be irrelevant. I'd pay high $$$ for it, so go all out and give us a box set like no other before it!

Yep, you heard me right. I'll pay every single artist, every single programmer, every single translator, and all of their families. This needs to happen more than Front Mission does. Well, just as much. You get the idea. Do it. NOW.

Sakura Taisen PS2 and Sister Princess were released in Korean with Korean language option and I've been playing Sakura Taisen PS2 Korean version for a while.... still would be nice if they release in English... looks like series V with funny cowgirl will get US release...

I do have N.U.D.E. box pack and played little bit... It's not strictly a game but rather interactive simulation of sort... you need your accent spot on otherwise she will misunderstood for another word... he he

Segagaga definitely, I played it a bit and loved it until I hit the simulation part. I hit a couple buttons and my market share dropped from 5% to 3%. Oops. Tried something else and it dropped to 1%. Rent-a-Hero and Roommania are also ones I'd love. I was actually planning to buy an XBox just for Rent-a-Hero, but of course it vanished into nothingness... :(

Why it didn't get it a U.S release.

3.Some think becuse (Sntacher) for the (Sega CD) sold poorly Konami gave up.

Glad to see all of the Policenauts love here in the forum. I too long for this to finally see the light of day on our shores. I know I'm dreaming but imagine if konami released a Policenauts/Snatcher "Ultimate Edition" Box set with artbook and music cd. That would be so damn cool, money would be a non issue.

The least we can look for from Policenauts, if Konami translates it for PC.

I mean let's face it, at this point, trying to get Konami to localize it for PS2 XBox or such is beating a dead horse.
