I have asked before, a while ago, been told and forgotten @_@
Anyway, i've finally tested it, it works, and I'm ready to list it on eBay.
Please? :)

Well your right, it is a Splatterhouse title, but not Baby Splatterhouse.
It is indeed SPLATTERHOUSE 2.
I used this page as a reference:
http://www.retrogames.co.uk/stock/html/famicom.html
That is a sweet page if anyone wants to check it out.

It is NOT the same game as Splatterhouse 2. I believe its actually called something like Wanpakku Splatterhouse Graffiti (or something along those lines). Basically, it's a parody type game, in the vein of something like Mighty Final Fight. Lots of horror movie references and a damn good game, definitely worth an import.

Jerkov knows the score, the game is awesome, and can fetch a few bucks on eBay. It's an excellent game that should have been ported to the NES, it remains my top played Famicom game that I own. :)
The next would be Family Jockey. ;)

If the character designs on the box are any indication of what they look like in the game I must play it.

Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti. Dire51, who posts occasionally at the Roundtable, created the best SH shrine that I've ever seen. Visit http://www.classicgaming.com/splatterhouse/famicom.html for tons of details on the game.

Seconded; and now that I look at the URL I realize how easily I could've posted it :)

well I stuck it on eBay - 1pence start price, altouhf (as long as there are no bids before an offer is made) i will swap it for any boxed SMS, or Megadrvie game that I dont; have.
hope this is okay - asking for info, and then selling on eBay? :embarrassed:

Even though it is a parody, this game has the creepiest boss music i have ever heard on an NES.

Yeah, that first line in the cover reads SupurattaHausu. So, Splatterhouse.
Second line, WanpakuGurafiti.
Third line, FamiriCompyuta. Or, Family computer.

This thread's reminded me... I recently got mp3s of WG's music from a Splatterhouse fan, and as soon as I'm able I'll make them available on West Mansion (the music section SORELY needs an update, anyway). If anyone wants them before I upload them, though, just drop me a PM.
