Is Apache 3 emulatable?

I've been wondering this for a while. Anyone know? I don't recall ever seeing the ROM available anywhere.

The PCB for this game has never been dumped, to the best of my knowledge (it's on MAME Target's Most Wanted Dumps List). So, there is no way to emulate it at this time.

Though it is listed as a most wanted game, I seem to remember some discussion about somebody working on it maybe a year or two ago, so there may be a dump somewhere. Unfortunately, even if a dump does exist the game is from Tatsumi and thus runs on some pretty bizarre hardware, so emulation will be tough.
