ok well last weekend at ecgx i bought a copy of this game , in box for $20.
seeing as how later taito titles were pretty much only rental titles, im wondering how much this is worth since it has the box, the box is probably in about 6 out of 10 condition, and the game itself is practically mint, no signs of stickers or anything on it. does anyone else happen to have this game with box? or maybe the instructions they would sell me so i could complete this game?

Yes, he got it at the ECGX this past weekend!

Definitely a heck of a deal - he made out better than anyone else that was there, getting that, and also winning a set of the Messiah controllers (among other things)! Luck was on his side.

Anywho, it's easily worth $70+ The cart itself often goes for $60-70, so you're looking at upwards of $70 for a boxed copy!

And for the record, there was some unbelieveable wares available at the ECGX - I've never quite seen such a varied amount of stuff in one place. Boxed Miracle Piano, the Flinstones game, all kinds of stuff. Great show!

NO....he GOT the good one....i HAD it in my hands but didnt know which of the 2 was rare....went to get my DP guide and it was gone....this was at 930....i didnt bring my book in from the car because i assumed i would have time before the doors opened, but they were open when i got there at 930, so i didnt go back to the car and just went right in

oh well....he got a very nice find....im just pissed .... it should be mine...oh well....maybe next time ill find a really great game and actually buy it

Sorry, I can't help you out there. From personal experience, getting the manual is allot harder than getting the actual cart & box since most of them were rentals and probably trashed. The last time I saw one for sale was on Ebay though, and it sold $25. I really could have used it too since I also have a boxed Dinosaur Peak cart with no instructions.

$70.00 is even a low mark......I have seen just the cart go the the bay for that, with the box, I would say closer to $90.00. Trust me on this one, I have been watching for it on the bay for about a year now, it is one of the last carts I need for my liscenced set.

There was a seller on here just a couple weeks back selling 2 copies for 40$ a piece. I was one of the buyers. If you REALLY need it that bad, you should have put a higher bid than the asking price. :P
