Pretty good deal on Gameboy Advance

I'm seriously broke, and would only ever use it for Tetris, so I don't know whether or not I should take the plunge; I already have a Gameboy Pocket.

But Amazon has the Gameboy Advance, with E-Reader, for $35, free shipping. This seems like a very good deal to me, and I'm awfully tempted.

The original GBA, huh? I remember those being $70 at Best Buy months ago; then they just disappeared.

I wouldn't mind picking up that combo myself.

Thats a good deal. Lots of places are clearing out their GBA and Ereader stock, but you wont find a better deal for just the system, let alone the system and the ereader.

Yes, that is an incredible deal. Makes me regret spending so much to import the system alone. Enjoying it early was one thing, but that set for that price is awesome. Get it while you can.

i will definately have to buy myself a 2nd gba now.

i bought mine back when all they had for color choices was clear purple and purple (i don't use those stupid special color names they give them, because they are stupid).

I wouldn't do that personally. The GBA has the absolute worst screen of any and all gameboys (its even harder to see than the original black and green). I will admit that relative to the prices serperate that is a good deal, but the hardware isn't worth it in my opinion. If you've played one before and don't mind the dark screen (or playing in sunlight) then I say heck ya get it.

I've been looking for the E-Reader for a while without any success. I finally found it on some website for $26.00. I figure a brand new Gameboy was worth the additional $10.

Yeah, I risk incurring wrath at home, but I just ordered one too. And I was wrong about the free shipping, so it came out to about $42 after tax+Shipping.

I picked up three. At that price, they're almost as cheap as a Gamecube controller...well, a little more with the GCN link cable. I actually already have two, but I'm sure I can find a friend who wants one of 'em. That is a great deal.

The GBA is awsome, but after I got my SP I could'nt get rid of my original model fast enough. :P

agreed, i like to 'see' my games. even tho, i end up playing tetris 90% of the time as well.
