Does the Guncon work with Lethal Enforcers 1 & 2 (PSX)?

I just got Lethal Enforcers I & II today from a pawn for $5 and am wondering if it'd be compatible with my PS1 Guncon guns. The back of the case says it's compatible with the Konami Justifier but I've heard that some non-Namco gun games will work with the Guncon. Anyone know for sure?

Which systems are we talking about? :hmm: I didn't think lethal enforcers came out on the Playstation.

I wouldn't count on it working with the Guncon, b/c the Guncon uses the video jack and all that. Doesn't hurt to try it though I guess.

The Guncon is not compatable with Lethal Enforcers or Crypt Killers. Both of those are meant to use some Konami made gun, whos name is excaping me for the moment.

What's the rarity on one of those Konami guns? I had Lethal Enforcers too but never came across the gun so I finally sold it. You can trip over Guncons in used game shops, but I've yet to even see a PSX Justifier forsale anywhere local.

I have one and I got it for 19 at a computer store...but it doesn't look like a revolver but instead a strange green phaser type gun.

needless to say there are plenty of third party guns that will work with it

I got a Justifier boxed for about $13 at a Gamestop once. I think I might have seen one or two around those kind of stores in the past, so that might be worth a look.

I'm pretty sure that Lethal Enforcers games only work with Konami Justifier guns. It's a little scam they came up with to sell more of their own peripherals.

Actually, Konami released a gun much before Namco did. And it also works with Area 51, which is a Midway game. So if anything, Namco is doing the scamming. ;-)

Justifiers are bright green, yes. I think they work just like a standard light gun though, so there's no need to just specifically have a Justifier specifically.

If someone is specifically collecting the 'real deal' accessories, then they specifically need a green Justifier.
