I've got a Pelican Real Arcade controller for PS2 with *very* tight buttons and joystick. I hear that you can swap them with Happ parts though. Does anyone have a set that they'd sell or trade me? Need at least 8 buttons & switches (10 max) and 1 stick. Please PM me if you have some.

Yes, Pelican sticks are VERY tight. The buttons are tolerable but I hate the stick. You may want to buy a Perfect 360 stick from Happ (or from someone here). They are a little pricey, $25-$30, but they are *extremely* good.

I've noticed that the newer Pelican sticks are much looser and tolerable but I'm stuck with this PS2 one though so I'd like to swap them out if I can. What is this Perfect 360 stick and what is so great about it?

From the Massystems website: "The Perfect 360 is an all Optical device using only Infrared Emitting Diodes, instead of mechanical micro-switches to detect the Joystick movements."

IMO it gives better control, and is a better stick than the standar competition pro stick. It's hard to describe since you need to try one first, but they just feel right. :)

You may want to post over on neo-geo.com & shoryuken.com boards, lots of people around there with spare bits.

Also if you've given any consideration to Xarcade parts, I know most people who bought Xarcade controllers swapped out with Happs & may have like-new sticks & buttons sitting.

I personally didn't mind the X-arcade, I picked up some Happs competitions but they are in another stick now, so not for sale.

Another site to check, would be therealbobroberts.com Kind of the online flea of arcade odds'n ends.

Oh yeah & package arrived today Thanks man! :)

I replaced all the buttons on my Candy Cab with Sanwas from here: http://www.himuragames.com/home.php

I'm very happy with the perfomance of the buttons and the customer sevice i got.
