for $10 I could not argue...

This CD contains Street Fighter 1 and SF2 Champion Edition...

Has anyone else seen this? Whoever the publisher is, thank you very much for this port of SF1.."HanaHo Games"

Yep, I've seen it at my local Half-Priced Books. I've seen another Capcom compliation like that, but I forget which games were on it.

Nice buy though :D

I noticed in the corner it said PDA compatible. Will those games work on a PDA? O_O

I know that Capcom has rereleased lots of games specifically for PDAs - Ghosts 'n Goblins, Bionic Commando, Legendary Wings etc.

I like the cheesy HanaHo Games Capcom disk, myself :D

we got a similar pack at ebgames canada.
It's 10 bucks, includes the disk you bought,
as well as a disk containing 1942 and 1943.
also, my local blockbuster has one for 16 bucks
that also includes commando 1 and 2

i've been thinking about it.
does it run off the HDD though?
it'd suck to have to put in the disk every time for such a small program.

Capcom has released quite a few of their games on the PC, but most of them have very limited releases. I have that Street Fighter II on CD, but it's back from the MSDOS days - which is probably why you have no sound support. I would try running it on a DOSBOX or something.

Capcom also came out with Mega Man X, X3, X5 I believe - not sure about 2 and 4.

X4 does have a PC release.. I have it. X2 never had one, remains an SNES exclusive to this day.

I fixed it! I just went under properties and said "Disable Visual Themes" Runs like a charm now!

I have Mega Man, Street Fighter on 5 1/4 " and 3 1/2 " (some games in those days were issued on both formats in one package) , that's Mega Man the first game and SF the first game.
I also have Castlevania on PC, by Konami, on 3 1/2 "

Actually, the PC version of Mega Man had very little to do with Capcom. I believe you can still get it at Underdogs.

I see stacks of these Capcom CDs at Radio Shack lately.

If it's the same as the arcade then it's Mercs (http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=M&game_id=8667)
