Looks like it is Super Mario Brothers 2j and not Super Mario Brothers USA from their wording.

plus it's got the 3 headed dragon on it ( i forgot name) which was only in usa super mario 2 .. and you know how you can always trust the labels on these things.

I've always been under the impression that that particular cart is a bootleg of the Disk System game.
