I don't think the game was ever released in the U.S. I know for a fact it came out in Japan for the GBA, but I don't think there are plans to bring it over here.

I played it on ROM...it's more like a novel you read (Play Novel so to speak), make some decisions..read.... then take on three puzzles later on...then read some more......it's really short...I wish it was translated..but I heard it actually adds more to Silent Hill 1's story line a bit...but I am not too sure.

Scary factor...it's not even scary..how can i be scared when Im too busy reading Kanji?

i guess you can take advantage of the SP's backlight to play it in the dark LOL though i doubt it was a slight bit scarey

I was really pissed that this never made it's way to the US. I knew that it wouldn't make it, obviously, most US gamers wouldnt buy this, but I WOULD HAVE.

I've played it, and though I can read a little bit of Japanese, it's not nearly enough to make it through thise on. There are 2 Scenarios on the cartridge, you pretty much play through Silent Hill 1 as Harry Mason, the main character in the first scenario. The second scenario, you play through the story of Silent Hill 1 as Cybil, the cop. Then, via some GBA cell phone uplink thing that was exclusive to Japan, you could download the third chapter. But I dont know anything about the third chapter.

I still wish that this came out. A translation project WAS going on and whoever was working on it quit halfway.
