Well recently, a guy filed a claim against me in paypal. He did not at all even attempt to contact me about "never" receiving his items, and won't respond to the inquiring emails I've sent him. Well, I noticed I had been sent two notices in my email from paypal by the time I realized I had an issue. I headed down to postship ect. where I got a receipt for the shipment I had sent out to him about a month ago and then when I went to the resolution center, they will apparently only accept a fucking tracking number. Well, that place does not have tracking unless it's sent via ups so now there's nothing I can do. Paypal tried to just take 70 bucks from me and give it to this fucking guy but they couldn't for some reason so my account is...."limited" or something until I "resolve" this issue. Any suggestions?

I just went thru the same thing with paypal while I was evacuated(post office too) it took 6 days for someone to recieve thier item from florida to cali. and the day before it got there they filed with paypal so I called paypal blah blah blah they will do nothing without a tracking no. so now everyone pays for tracking. I got lucky in one extent an email stating they recieved it but they weren't happy should have been there within 7 days not 13. but forwarded letter to paypal but other person dropped taken refund whew. just to confirm your story to everyone out there selling must use tracking or the scammers will get you. open a new paypal account or get him to email you saying he recieved it.

I won't ship anything without delivery confirmation specifically for this reason. No tracking number means item wasn't shipped as far as paypal is concerned.
