Game.com....who else thinks it's junk???

well, i picked up a boxed complete Game.com on ebay with 3 games for $19....and, after playing around with it i realized that it is complete junk....well, i am happy that i own it...its always nice to have a new system, but, $19 was overspending for this thing

i played built in solitare more than i played the games i got with it..

they were williams arcade classics, indy 500 and lights out

any other thoughts??

Sonic Jam, Resident Evil 2, Fighter's Mega Mix...Mortal Kombat Trilogy...Duke Nukem 3D...maybe would want me to play one...but I never have...and probably never will...but for William's Arcade Hits...tempting...but nah

Hmm...I love buying any kind of system just for the novelty of having it (DIE CHANNEL F) but I think the gamecom ranks about a 0 on my give a shit meter.

i said that it is junk, but nice to have. all i can say is that duke nukem 3d sucks on that, but i rather enjoyed resident evil 2. it was the only portable re game at the time, and i used to go on trips all the time so i figured, hell, re is a long game. i never beat this one, but it is very close to the dc version of it (i am not talking about graphics). i thought re on it was a cool concept. some games are horrible on it because when it is scrolling, you can't see a damn thing. i attempted to play lost world on it, but once i move, the game starts scrolling and i can't see where i am going. mortal kombat sucked, but i kinda liked fighters megamix.

whoever the 2 were that said they own one and would pay somebody to take it off their hands, pm me, and I will send you shipping.

I didin't mind the game.com, the scrolling did suck, rendering Sonic unplyable. I was however, able to do the ultimate walk-through for Resident Evil for gamefaqs.com.

I'd have killed to seen if the Metal Gear and Castlevania carts ever got to a true beta stage.

It´s not a good system, but not junk, i would like to collect it if i´ll find one in the wild...but very difficult here.

Any handheld system with a low refresh rate/poor quality LCD is virtually a waste of time and money to make. I have no idea how they actually thought Sonic would work on it. It boggles the mind! I've got most of the games, and they are all pure crap. I'm still glad I have the system, and will mess with it one day like I did the Game King, although I need to pick up a second one, as I don't want to mess with my only one :)

I'm so amazed as to how many great titles they got for the thing though.. Sonic, Resident Evil, Duke Nukem, you name it, I could go on forever. They all suck on the Game.com though!
