Is this a question of what we think you should get or what we might each be looking for ourselves? I'm not going to start collecting for any new platforms so it's a matter of filling out the collections I already have. My original plan for Dreamcast was to get an even hundred titles for that system...I have done that but have still bought a few other games here and there. My top goal has been to get 200 games for the SNES and I'll likely be there either by the end of this month or no later than sometime next month. I need to study the new DP guide and see if there's still enough games of interest to me on that system to now go onward to perhaps 250. I also want to get 200 PS1 games...the DP guide will really help me there as well though I have already passed the 150 mark...haven't counted them up lately so I'm not quite sure exactly how many I have right now. I have no other real goals apart from trying to avoid spending over $30 for any console game...though I may weaken regarding Rumble Roses, the all-female wrestlling game.

Now, if you want us to give you suggestions on what you should get...well, we may need more info regarding your interests before we can do that. A lot of people do seem interested in Fable, though...and for the SNES, if you don't have Super Metroid or Super Punch-Out, get them...today.

Many of those are considered very good but I know Alias has gotten mixed reviews...if you do get that, you may want to wait until you can get it at a lower price. I noticed yesterday that my local Wal-Mart now has WWE SmackDown--Here Comes The Pain! for $19.95...that's a game I have thought of getting. But now I may instead wait for the similar WWE Day of Reckonng to come down in price as I think it's graphics may be better...or just wait for Rumble Roses since I usually control the female wrestlers anyway.

Sometime in or before 2005, I wanna pick up Namco Museum, Dragon's Lair 3D and Midway Arcade Classics for the Gamecube. Now that I've got one. Ambitious, aren't I? Oh, and I'll probably go in for some Pikmin too. And Pikmin 2!

Go easy on me - I've only been "current gen" for less than a week. LOL

RE4. Will have to see if the demo being given away in Japan this week (my copy currently in transit!) is the same as at E3. Still, a chance for me to play it properly without having to go further than the comfort of my own bedroom!

That and the new Zelda game are the only things currently on the 2005 radar. Depends if Alien Hominid is before Xmas or not. And Chaos Field makes it to Cube as well.

Of course, there's always the new group of sports games though I wonder how MVP Baseball 2005 could possibly be any better than 2004...

The only thing I'm looking forward to is Fire Emblem for the GCN...I get that - and all the rest can go to hell - cuz i won't have time for it anyway LOL
