A friend of mine bought this and I wonder if their any manual available or service manual for it.

When he tried to change the neon, it blow each time.

i dont know about a manual, but i would look for a fuse on it somewhere or some improper wiring up in the lighting fixture

I was thinking the same, whoever if their any manual that exist, it would be cool.
