Have a question.... [Chrono Trigger or Earthbound]

I have just gotten into Snes collecting, and I am at a dilemma.

I can't decide which game to get: Chrono Trigger or Earthbound.
both games will be complete.

I have yet to find a chrono trigger( probably just gonna go to ebay), but I have found a complete Earthbound for $120.

Is $120 a fair price for Earthbound, is it harder to find complete than Chrono Trigger?

( I have played and will play these, so dont post and " just enjoy the games " bullshit)


* note, this is not a " which is better thread, simply asking if The earthbound price is worth it, or should I get CT and wait to get EB?*

I've seen Mint complete Earthbound's go for like $300 +

So, $120 ain't too bad I guess.

I know Chrono Trigger can be gotten at around 40$ complete and I don't know much about Earthbound. look on EBAY.

If you can get the earthbound at that exact price I'd say go for it, the price seems to have been rocketing into the 200+ range a lot lately, I would do it if you REALLY want it. I believe it's MUCH harder to find even on ebay. You can jump on ebay and pick from a ton of compelte CT's anytime you want, they're always on there and they usually don't go over 100$ from what I've personally seen.

120??? you could practically buy a DS with that...hell dude if you want to shell out over 100 bucks for a little SNES game then go ahead but i would NEVER do that...i got my copy of Chrono Trigger for a dollar so id say if your JUST getting into SNES collecting....wait to see what else is worth your money...IMO this isnt

even though I find Chrono Trigger more fun ( played teh rom!) I will get Earthbound as it will be harder to find, and more expensive in the future.

as for buying a DS, I am more than content with my GBA sp, Pokemon Green and Wario Ware, I dont need another handheld.

NO KIDDING! I bought my Earthbound with the big box/scratchnsniff/guide/etc for 20 bucks a long time ago from BestBuy... they had like 10 of them at the time too... WHY DID I GET RID OF IT WAAAHHH...

...at least I kept the guide... but the condition is CRAP.

Side Note: Earthbound's guide is the most innovative guide I've seen!
