I think the word Rare is used way too much, but it has to come down to buyer be ware. If someone is calling their game rare and charging too much for it, it has to be up to the buyer to figure out if it actually is rare, and what a decent price should be for it. When buying and selling on ebay I constantly view ended auctions to get a feel for what the going price of items are. As for the photo at least it is in focus, I have seen worse photos that were so blurry that you could not even tell what the item was... but they were center frame. ;)
