I don't see why it wouldn't (and their probably easier to find than the US ones LOL ).

Then again, I've never tried it. As far as I know, only import AC adapters have trouble. They use NTSC as well. Adds up for me.

yeah. I had to get an import one. I was told they're the exact same cable, aside from the writing on the box. works fine. (works GREAT, actually.)

Power adapters would give trouble since they're supposed to be plugged into a different voltage outlet. You can probably avoid this with most consoles by using a US version adapter, but you'd have to check the diagrams to make sure the adapter's output is the same for both regions - I'd imagine both region consoles use the same voltage/amps, the adapter just being there to finesse the draw enough so it works on that console without frying stuff.

Cables won't cause problems because NTSC is the same in both countries.

yes, only the ac adaptors and power cords can't be used without a converter...most the systems i own , i have the japanese counter-part and i have 1 cord from each and just pull it out the us, and into the jap....

my japanese platinum gc player works fine on my us system as long as i use a us boot disk that i got online from the nintendo store
