That game uses the Sega Titan ST-V system. So you could plug in another ST-V cartridge. I don't know how many cartridges were made for this system.
I think the cabinet wiring is JAMMA, so any other JAMMA board would also work. That leaves you with hundreds of choices.
The monitor looks like its horizontal, and according to KLOV it is standard resolution. So you probably only want to stick with games designed for a horizontal mounted, standard resolution monitor.

I don't know much about arcades, but I would buy this cabinet for 285 without even thinking 1 second. Arcade kabinets are great and especially dedicated ones like these.
This is a titan board indeed, and there haven't been made much games for it. It's jamma compatible though, so when you're bored with the stv-titan games you can jam in a different board.
Before buying find out if it hast the usa or jap stv board in it. They aren't compatible and a lot more games have been made for the japanese than the usa one.

I'm actually planning on going to a local arcade auction here in a couple of weeks and buy one. Hopefully it will be a JAMMA based one, and then I'll convert it into a MAME BOX!!!
YES! Nothing like have an AMAZING interface to hundreds of different arcade games..
I might even consider wiring up the coin slot so people will have to put in coins to play with it.. :)
